“An agreement with the club has been reached,” Balzano Prota wrote on Twitter.
“They are supposedly working on the last details, one aspect being the commissions.
“Various clubs seem interested in the player, but for now ManUtd is very close to signing him.”

Guedes to Chelsea?
Chelsea have made a £62.5m (€70m) offer for Valencia ace Goncalo Guedes, according to Plaza Deportiva.
It is claimed the Blues, who are facing the prospect of a two-window transfer ban, launched the bid through the Portugal international’s agent Jorge Mendes.
Valencia, however, have reportedly snubbed the proposal because they are eager to keep Guedes.
Chelsea are on the hunt for a replacement for Eden Hazard, who joined Real Madrid on Friday.
Guedes hit eight goals in all competitions for Valencia this term, plus he hit Portugal’s winner against the Netherlands in the Nations League final.
Ojo to Rangers?
Liverpool have agreed to send Sheyi Ojo on loan to Rangers, according to the Daily Express.
Ojo is set to join Steven Gerrard’s squad for pre-season training, which begins on Monday.
The winger struggled to make an impression on loan with Reims so Jurgen Klopp is eager to send him to Ibrox to get back on track.
Rangers’ loan of Ryan Kent from Liverpool in the most recent season was a major success.
