Man Utd agree Maguire fee
Manchester United have agreed a £80m fee with Leicester over the transfer of Harry Maguire, with a medical set for today.
United look like they are finally set to land their top defensive target after a prolonged transfer saga.
Leicester have agreed to a £80m fee for the 26-year-old England international, according to The Sun, which would break the world record transfer for a centre-half.
Arsenal rejected in latest Tierney offer
Celtic have rejected Arsenal’s latest bid for left-back Kieran Tierney, according to Sky Sports.
The Scottish champions are believed to be unhappy with the structure of the latest £25m bid and want more cash upfront rather than in add-ons.
Serie A side Napoli also remain interested in signing the defender.
Arsenal, though, are expected to make a renewed proposal to Celtic following the setback.
Coutinho approves Liverpool loan
Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho is claimed to have given his seal of approval to an offer to take him back to Liverpool.
According to Italian publication Calciomercato, Coutinho has given his backing to an offer from the Reds to take him on a two-year loan with the option to buy at £88m.
The 27-year-old only left Merseyside last January in a staggering £142m deal to join Barcelona.
Dunk to replace Maguire
Leicester have lined up Brighton centre-half Lewis Dunk to replace Manchester United-bound Harry Maguire.
With the Foxes star set to head for Old Trafford in a deal worth £80m, Leicester are set to splash the cash.
Dunk will cost Brendan Rodgers’ side £45m, according to The Sun.
