‘The real baller’, ‘Different class’: Some Arsenal fans blown away by 18-year-old after U23 win on Friday
A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Miguel Azeez after the young midfielder scored in the under-23s win over Brighton on Friday.
Azeez is one of a number of teenage prospects who appears to be knocking on Mikel Arteta’s door right now. The 18-year-old was recently handed his senior debut with a substitute appearance against Dundalk.

And he has continued to impress for the youngsters. He opened the scoring in the 5-0 victory over the Seagulls. And he also provided an assist for one of Folarin Balogun’s three goals.
It was Azeez’s first goal in Premier League 2, with the win sending the Gunners right up the table. And his contribution prompted many supporters on social media to laud the Englishman.

Balogun understandably stole many of the headlines. But Azeez continues to go about his business so impressively. He looks to have the makings of an incredibly special talent.
He is skilful, and loves driving forward from midfield while in possession. And he seems to have a piece of magic up his sleeve whether it be when shooting or producing an outrageous pass.
That is why plenty of Arsenal fans are tipping the teenager for a very bright future. Several clearly think that more game-time with the senior side is just around the corner.
