Celtic defender Kieran Tierney is not actively seeking an exit this summer as Arsenal prepare a third bid, according to The Daily Record.
Arsenal have already made two bids for Celtic star Tierney this summer – both of which have been rejected. The Gunners are preparing to return with a third offer, although the transfer fee will not rise.
Celtic recently rejected Arsenal’s bid of around £25m but that included a low upfront fee paid to the Scottish champions and plenty of add-ons. Rather than offer more money, Arsenal will compromise with the payment structure of this deal with the total cost still totalling around £25m.

However, this article adds that Tierney will not force through a move to North London. The homegrown left-back is a boyhood Celtic fan and he seems happy in Glasgow.
Tierney has not asked to move and he will wait to see whether Celtic’s asking price is matched before considering a move away. He will only leave if Celtic decide the transfer fee is worth it.
What should Tierney do?
At such a young age, Tierney already has plenty of first-team experience at Celtic and he is in a settled environment. The chance to move to Arsenal is not a one-off; he will get good offers in the future.
If the 22-year-old does leave, Celtic are in a good position to cope. They have signed a potential replacement (Boli Mbombo) and would receive a sizeable transfer fee to boost their warchest. Celtic are under no pressure to sell if they do not need to.
