The Spanish goalkeeper earns £375,000-a-week after signing a bumper new contract to extend his stay at Old Trafford earlier this summer.
Sanchez will even be bagging more money from his parent club than several key first-team players, including Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford.
The Chile forward is due in Milan on Wednesday to complete a medical and team up with former team-mate Romelu Lukaku, who scored on his debut in a 4-0 win over Leece on Monday.
