‘Insanely talented’, ‘Big future’: Some fans rave about Arsenal teenager after cameo out on loan

Having not played in almost two months, Arsenal youngster Tyreece John-Jules would have been forgiven for taking a little time to get up to speed upon his return from injury on Wednesday.

As reported by the Doncaster Free Press, John-Jules had not played for Doncaster Rovers since early October due to a thigh injury. The problem was serious enough to send the 19-year-old back to his parent club for the initial part of his recovery.

But the Gunners starlet returned to Darren Moore’s match day squad this week. And he was handed his chance with just over 25 minutes remaining with Donny 1-0 down to Hull City.

Ultimately, the game had an agonising ending for Doncaster as Hull scored a late goal to win 2-1. But John-Jules did provide the visitors with something to smile about as he had scored an initial equaliser.

The teenager swept the ball home first time from a cross from the right. It was a smart finish from John-Jules, who scored an incredible goal against Charlton early on in the season.

Unsurprisingly, plenty of supporters have lauded the youngster. Of course, Arsenal and Doncaster fans were delighted to see him score after so long out.

‘Such a talented player’

But there were also a couple of comments from supporters of other clubs. And they were amongst those tipping the forward for incredibly bright things.

It also says a lot that some of the Arsenal fans are backing John-Jules to put pressure on the likes of Eddie Nketiah and Folarin Balogun when he does return to North London.

Here is how some of the fans reacted to John-Jules’s goal on his return from injury…
