It was a far cry from Tuesday evening, when Chelsea’s final training session ended in turmoil as the pair nearly came to blows on the pitch in front of the world’s media at the Olympic Stadium in Baku.
Pictures appeared to show Luiz swinging an elbow at the striker, who is currently on loan from Juventus.
BT Sport cameras caught the pair embroiled in a war of words, before they were eventually separated.

Boss Maurizio Sarri insisted he was happy to see the physicality, despite storming off the field
It was the catalyst for some dismal final preparation for Chelsea, as manager Maurizio Sarri also stormed off the pitch, although he insisted his reaction was due to the club’s inability to practise set-pieces.
‘I think that you were not able to understand yesterday. If my players are really very aggressive in training I am happy, not disappointed,’ he told BT Sport after their 4-1 victory over Premier League rivals Arsenal.
‘I was disappointed because we wanted to try out solutions on set pieces. But after 50 mins of training the camera were there.
‘So we were disappointed for the situation not for the players.’
There is growing speculation that Sarri may leave Stamford Bridge this summer, with a chance to take charge at Higuain’s parent club Juventus a real possibility.
The Italian has put up with a lot of criticism this year from supporters, but Luiz was quick to defend his boss after ending the season with a trophy.
Luiz praised his Chelsea boss on Wednesday night, describing the job he’s done as ‘amazing’
‘I think the manager did amazing. He’s doing amazing for this club’, he said afterwards.
‘Speculation, talk about things every day, I think now is the moment to talk about the title.
‘I think it was a great year. Some ups and downs. But we improved a lot. Learned a lot. And finished very well.
‘Sarri believed in my game, great guy, great person, great coach.’
