Arsenal are interested in a swoop to sign RB Leipzig teenager Dominik Szoboszlai, according to a report in England.
Website Football Insider is reporting that the Gunners are keeping tabs on the Hungary international as Unai Emery looks to strengthen his options in the middle of the park.
The same article states that Arsenal are ready to make a bid for the 18-year-old central midfielder to ascertain whether or not RB Salzburg would be prepared to sell Szoboszlai.
According to the same story, Bundesliga runners-up Borussia Dortmund and Serie A champions Juventus are both interested in the Hungarian playmaker in the 2019 summer transfer window.
Football Insider go on to add that Szoboszlai has a glowing reputation that could make it difficult for Arsenal to lure the Hungarian starlet to The Emirates.
Arsenal don’t have Champions League football to offer next season after the Gunners finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last term.
Arsenal missed out on the chance to secure Champions League football by winning the Europa League following a 4-1 loss to bitter rivals Chelsea FC in Baku.
The north London side have limited funds to spend in the summer transfer window so Emery will be eager to use his transfer kitty wisely.
