The Gunners will face Lionel Messi and Co in the prestigious friendly at the Nou Camp on August 4, hoping to secure their first win at the ground in over a decade.
The match, founded in 1966, was founded in honour of Joan Gamper, a founding member, player, and later president of the club.
Barcelona have lifted the trophy on 41 occasions, losing just 12 times.
The clash will bring Arsenal’s pre-season schedule to an end with the club kick off their 2018-19 campaign away to Newcastle on August 11.
Emery’s men will first begin with four matches in the United States, starting against the Colorado Rapids in Denver, followed by fixtures against Bayern Munich, Fiorentina and Real Madrid as part of the International Champions Cup.
They will also be hosting the 10th Emirates Cup on July 28 at the Emirates Stadium with the women’s side taking on Bayern Munich and the men facing Lyon.
