The Gunners are preparing for another season in the Europa League.
One star to miss out on that game was Holding, injured in December’s draw against Manchester United.
The Englishman picked up a knock to his knee after getting hit by Marcus Rashford.
But the 23-year-old is set to return in pre-season after seeing out his recovery.
And footage has emerged of the defender seeing the funny side of his injury.
In the clip, Holding can be seen arriving at the physio room.
The Englishman is going to have his knee checked on in January, a month after the incident.
He introduces the cameraman to the physios as they arrive.
“We’re taking over the physio room,” Holding says.
One of the staff members then asks if the cameraman is following the 23-year-old all day.
And the defender confirms this in a hilarious way.
“It’s like a reality TV,” Holding replies.
“Keeping up with the Holdings.”
This refers to the famous reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, featuring Kanye West’s wife Kim.
The footage was shared on the club’s official YouTube channel yesterday, where it has been viewed more than 85,000 times.
And the Gunners faithful were left in stitches at the comments.
“He had me dead there,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “Haha.”
While a third simply said: “Brilliant.”
It comes as the Gunners would be wiling to sell Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to United on one condition.
