Eddie Nketiah was the Gunners 88th-minute match winner against the German giants after firing home fellow youngster Tyreece John-Jules’s cross to earn Arsenal a 2-1 win at LA Galaxy’s Dignity Health Sports Park home.

Emery said: ‘It was an important match for them, each match and each training to give us their performance and energy.
‘We have a responsibility with young players to give them chances. We want to use different young players.
Joe Willock was also give the nod by Unai Emery and impressed against big name opposition
‘They will be with us in pre-season and some with us in the season. Each can show a performance like today.
‘It is Important to show against big players, like Nketiah v Sule, to show how they can respond in 1 v 1 situations with different opponents.’
