And he did not receive a warm welcome at Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea.
Footage has now emerged of the 54-year-old making things worse for himself.
In the clip, Morgan is being interviewed before the game with fellow World XI manager Harry Redknapp.
He is joined by fellow presenter Susanna Reid and ex-manager Sam Allardyce.
The Arsenal fan then takes a moment to address the crowd.
“Let’s have a singalong as we’re at Stamford Bridge,” Morgan says.
Morgan’s chant comes as:
“An embarrassment to all Arsenal fans”
But his song choice does not go down well with the fans.
The Good Morning Britain presenter sings: “And it’s Arsenal…
“We’re the best team the world has ever seen.”
And the fans in west London react furiously by booing and giving Morgan thumbs down.
All the fellow managers on the sofa can do is sit in silence while the host smiles to himself.
This footage was shared on Twitter last night, where it has been viewed more than 300,000 times.
And the Gunners faithful were not impressed with their famous supporter.
“An embarrassment to all Arsenal fans,” one supporter said.
Another commented: “I seriously hate that man.”
While a third held nothing back.
“The biggest w***** we have got all season,” they said.
And a fourth added: “I would have booted the ball at his head.”
It comes as World XI star Robert Pires sent a warning to Unai Emery.
