£110,000-a-week star and Arsenal newbie must aspire to reach brilliant Liverpool duo’s level

Arsenal are now in possession of two very promising full-backs.

The Gunners were able to complete a £25 million move for Kieran Tierney on transfer deadline day (BBC Sport) after being linked with the Scot for most of the summer.

The left-back has become Scottish football’s biggest export, and will likely be making his debut for his new team in late September or early October after undergoing surgery on a hernia this summer.

Arsenal fans are very excited for the dynamism he will bring down the left flank, and they are also anticipating the return of Hector Bellerin, who sustained a knee injury back in January.

The £110,000-a-week Spaniard (Spotrac) is set to return around the same time as his fellow full-back.

When both get up and running in Unai Emery’s side, the pair should be looking to reach the level of two top Premier League players.

Last term the pair registered 29 assists between them in all competitions, suggesting them as being arguably the most dangerous full-backs in Europe.

Bellerin and Tierney are also known for their tendencies to get up and support in the final third and ability to overlap their wingers.

Both have huge potential and should definitely be looking to reach the level of the Liverpool duo for the Gunners.
